This promotion is valid while stock last only. First Online (M) Sdn Bhd, the software developer, reserves the rights to change, amend and alter any part of the Terms & Conditions without prior notice to the customer and the customer agrees to be bound by such amendments.

Package Information

All MyBizCart Lite packages will be inclusive of :

      a. MyBizCart Lite software 

      b. 1GB Premium Web Hosting

      c. MyBizCart standard pre-installed templates

The 1GB Premium Web Hosting is strictly for use of MyBizCart operations only.

The cost is NOT inclusive of domain name registration.

Setup & Renewal

Setup & installation cost is inclusive in our package. No other hidden costs to pay.

The annual renewal cost is is RM398, which is inclusive of :  

      a. MyBizCart Technical Support for 12 Months

      b. 1GB Premium Web Hosting

      c. FREE software updates & same version UNLIMITED software upgrades as and       

         when available.

*The annual renewal cost is NOT inclusive of domain name renewal.

Warranty

All software products developed by First Online (M) Sdn Bhd and sold by its

authorized resellers will cover 1 year warranty against software bug(s). Please

provide us with your domain name details (that will be pre-installed with our software) upon any support request. Please forward all request for support to our helpdesk for soonest response. All warranties will be void if the software is found to have been modified or amended by unauthorized persons.

Warranties DO NOT cover software training, upgrades from different versions &

designs. We will respond to all warranty claims as soon as possible, but normally

to be done within a period of 3 working days unless it involves major software

structure problem.

Payment Method 

Payment for all transaction shall be in CASH , Debit Card or Credit Card

only. Cheque payments are subject to bank clearance before delivery /installation of software.

Refund Policy

Should Mybizcart not meet our stated expectations, we offer an unconditional 7-day money back guarantee subject to a 20% administrative charge. No refunds are available for domain name registration or web site designs requested for by the customer.

Suspension & Termination

We have the discretion to terminate this Agreement or suspend our Services &

Products without notice including but not limited to :

- if any of the information specified by you including without any limitation, as stated on the order form is found to be false;

- if you commit a breach of any of the terms & conditions;

- If you use, or intend to use our products fraudulently, dishonestly or use for

   any other purpose other than what it was intended for.

Limitation Of Liability

Firstonline.net, the developer, shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from firstonline.net servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, firstonline.net shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of firstonline.net servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service. Violations of these Acceptable Uses Policies should be referred to sales@firstonline.net. All complaints will be investigated promptly.

we disclaim any express or implied representation or warranties of any kind in

relation to the Services & Products including but not limited to availability,

accessibility, timeliness and uninterrupted use of the Services & Products; or

information transmitted using Services & Products or provided to you as part

of the Services & Products.
